Two rooms under the eaves.

This is a small hosted house, not a hotel. Both rooms have two beds and their own sitting corner, breakfast and taxes are in the rate, and the garden is yours.

The Blue Room

Two beds, a proper sitting corner and windows on two sides. Towels, still water and coffee are set out for you before you arrive.

Children under the age of twelve accompanied by one or two adults stay free. Adult rates apply to all teenagers.

The fire pit, barbecue and backyard are yours free of charge — just bring your own wood and food.

Breakfast is cooked to order rather than at a set hour — come down any time before 10:30.

The Garden & Fire Pit

The lawn runs down toward Franklin Park and beach, steps away. Most guests end the day out here.

Good to know

Before you book.

Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. onward and check-out is by 11:30 a.m. There are no curfews.
Breakfast
A full hot European-style breakfast with homemade sourdough, cooked to order and served any time before 10:30 a.m.
Booking
Call or email to book — there is no online booking system, and you will speak to Les directly. We ask for a credit card number to hold the room.
Payment
We accept credit card, debit, cash or e-transfer, payable on arrival.
Cancellation
Twenty-four hours’ notice is required for cancellation, or a one hundred percent cancellation fee will apply.
Pets
We love pets, but not everybody does — so we do not allow pets of any kind on the property.
Bed setup
Both rooms hold two beds, made up either as separate twins or pushed together as a king. Mention your preference when you book.
The beaches
We are steps away from Franklin Park and beach, and two minutes’ walking distance from De La Salle park and beach.
